Cancellation Policy

The rules for cancelling a membership at Shri Dattguru Vadhu Var Kendra are as follows.

1. Cancelling a membership

• To cancel a membership, inform us by phone, WhatsApp or email (see Contact Us).
• Please share your name, registered mobile number and profile ID with the request.
• A cancellation is considered effective from the date we receive the request.

2. When a membership can be cancelled

• If no contact details (mobile number / address) have been viewed under the membership, and the request is made within 7 days of the membership start date, it can be cancelled.
• Once one or more contact details have been viewed, the service is treated as used and the membership cannot be cancelled.
• A membership cannot be cancelled after its validity period has ended.

3. Cancellation by the Centre

• We may cancel a membership without notice if a member provides false information, breaches our terms or misbehaves. No refund is payable in such cases.
• If we are unable to provide the service for technical or other reasons, we will cancel the membership and refund the unused portion as appropriate (see Refund Policy).

4. Deleting a profile

A member may ask us at any time to delete or hide their profile. Deleting a profile does not automatically entitle the member to a refund; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
