Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or mobile app of Shri Dattguru Vadhu Var Kendra, Kolhapur ("we", "us", "the Centre"). By using our service you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of service

We are a matrimonial matchmaking service that provides a platform for prospective brides and grooms and their families to find suitable matches. We are only an information intermediary; we do not guarantee that any match will be found or that any marriage will take place.

2. Eligibility

• The person being registered must be legally eligible to marry under Indian law (bride at least 18 years, groom at least 21 years).
• Parents or relatives may register on a candidate's behalf with the candidate's consent.

3. Registration and accuracy of information

• All information provided (name, age, education, occupation, marital status, photographs, horoscope details, etc.) must be true, accurate and complete.
• If false, misleading or another person's information is provided, we may deactivate the profile without notice and any fee paid will not be refunded.
• Our team makes reasonable efforts to verify profiles, but we do not guarantee that all information is 100% accurate. Members must make their own enquiries before taking any decision.

4. Membership and contact details

• Login is required to view profile photos and basic details. A paid membership is required to view a profile's mobile number and address.
• Each membership plan allows a fixed number of contact views and is valid for a fixed period. Unused benefits lapse automatically when the validity period ends or the contact views are exhausted.
• A membership is personal to the registered member and is not transferable.
• Plan prices and details may change from time to time. The price shown at the time of payment is final.

5. Fees and payment

All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment can be made by UPI, bank transfer, cash or any other method we make available. The membership is activated after the payment is received. Rules on cancellation and refunds are set out in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Member responsibilities and prohibited conduct

• Contact details obtained must be used only for marriage-related communication, and not for sale, advertising, harassment or any other purpose.
• Members must behave respectfully; obscene, threatening or abusive conduct is not allowed.
• Fraud, fake profiles, asking for money or any unlawful activity will lead to permanent removal of the profile and, where necessary, legal action.
• Do not copy, screenshot, publish or share other members' information without permission.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Centre is not responsible for the truthfulness of information supplied by members, for members' conduct, or for any outcome arising from meetings, communication or marriage. We are not liable for temporary interruptions of service caused by technical issues. In any case, our total liability is limited to the fee paid by the concerned member.

9. Closing a profile

A member may ask us at any time to deactivate or delete their profile, and should inform us once the marriage is fixed. We may suspend or close a profile for breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on this page; continued use of the service means you accept them.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
